Baker

Fill visitors' tummies with yummy treats!  The bake sale is a huge fundraiser at the Winter Festival, and in past years we have run out of goods to sell.  Please bring your donation to the reception desk at the Phinney Center (6532 Phinney Ave N, 98103) either Friday the November 30th (9 am to 9 pm) or during the event on Saturday the 1st (10 am to 5 pm). If you can, please make a card telling what the item is, especially listing any possible allergy ingredients. It's your choice of what you decide to bake, although items sell best if they’re individually packaged in baggies. Bars, cookies, snack mix, granola..whatever would give you energy to keep shopping and mingling! It’s okay to bring them on a paper plate or in a box if that works better for you.

1 hour of service per recipe.  Limit 4 hours per delivery.

Please disregard this odd shift time. Drop off your goodies on Fri from 9a to 9p or Sat from 10a to 5p.

Clean-up - Sun

Phew!  We have completed our biggest community event of the year.  We are elated, exhausted, and EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to anyone who is willing to pitch in to help weary staff members clean up the space by providing your fresh energy and muscles.  Jobs include moving furniture, sweeping, taking out garbage, and generally putting things back where they belong so that the Phinney Center can get back to its normal state for Monday morning. We will take as many helpers as we can get--no limit!  Great opportunity for volunteer groups!
